The service. Rotta supports leisure boating: maps, weather, community reports, favorites, routes. It is in beta: it may change, contain errors or stop.
Your account. An email and a password; you are responsible for what you do with it. You must be at least 14. During the beta Rotta sends no email: the address is used to sign in and is not verified.
User content. Your reports are visible to other users in the area for the time shown in the app; do not publish other people's personal data, offensive or false content. We may hide or remove them and suspend an account that breaks these rules; a suspended account can always export and delete its data.
Premium features. Some features are for subscribers; during the beta they are unlocked for everyone and nothing is charged.
Liability. The nautical disclaimer applies and is part of these terms: Rotta does not replace the instruments on board or official nautical charts.
Changes. The app asks you to accept a new version before you continue.
Governing law. Italian law.
